Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and building materials across the following districts: Mysuru, Mandya, Hunsur and Nanjangud. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to discuss availability and additional charges.

2. Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries are scheduled in coordination with your site timeline. Please provide your required delivery date and site address at the time of ordering. We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard bag cement, and 48–72 hours for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) to allow for batching and logistics coordination.

3. Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

RMC deliveries require confirmed site access, a designated pour supervisor and clear vehicle access to the pour location. Please ensure the site is ready before the scheduled delivery time. Waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is delayed at site beyond 30 minutes.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on quantity, distance and product type. Charges will be communicated at the time of quoting. Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and delivery zones.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by road conditions, weather, traffic and supply availability. Raghuveer Agencies will communicate any delays as soon as they are known. We are not liable for project delays caused by delivery delays outside our control.

6. Receipt of Goods

Please inspect all delivered goods at the time of delivery. Any shortages, damages or incorrect items must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

7. Storage Responsibility

Once delivered and accepted, the responsibility for proper storage of cement and building materials passes to the customer. Cement must be stored in a dry, covered environment. Raghuveer Agencies is not liable for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
