1. About Us

Raghuveer Agencies is an authorised UltraTech Cement dealer operating from 672, 10th Cross, Basaveshwara Rd, Mysuru, Karnataka 570004. By accessing raghuveeragencies.com or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are not listed online and are provided on request via quote. Prices may vary based on quantity, delivery location and market conditions. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Quotes

Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone or email are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and advance payment where applicable. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available across Mysuru, Mandya, Hunsur and Nanjangud districts. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to road conditions, weather and supply availability. Raghuveer Agencies is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Cement and building materials are non-returnable once delivered unless the product is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Raghuveer Agencies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Technical specifications provided are for guidance only — always consult a qualified civil engineer for structural decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Raghuveer Agencies name, Kodanda arch logo and all website content are the property of Raghuveer Agencies. UltraTech, Aditya Birla and related trademarks are the property of UltraTech Cement Limited. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
